Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. ® (ESI) is seeking an EHS Lead to champion a proactive safety culture across biogas sites. You will work with the EHS Manager and Operations to implement, verify, and sustain health and safety processes, coaching site leads on effective risk control and compliance.

An independent, proactive communicator able to motivate teams will fit this role, which emphasizes continuous improvement and strong safety program execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable EHS experience or similar.
• Degree in safety, STEM, or equivalent work history acceptable.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach site teams to implement health & safety processes.
• Conduct site visits and safety training; develop action plans.
• Maintain documentation for EHS programs and audits.
• Participate in Safety Committee activities company-wide.
• Identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and track results.
• Support PPE procurement and training at sites.
• Investigate incidents and drive preventive actions.
• Prepare concise findings and respond to compliance questions.
