Job summary

Elite Line Services in Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead site operations and maintenance activities. You will ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while guiding budget development and contract administration across assigned sites.

The role requires strong leadership, rigorous adherence to policies, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Experience with airport operations is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or 10 years’ experience in a high-level service industry management position.
• 5+ years’ experience in service provision, adhering to contract terms.
• Strong administrative, communication and leadership skills and abilities, including verbal and written communication, judgment, organizational development, coaching, and counseling.
• Basic knowledge of State and Federal Employment laws.
• Basic knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support safety culture and adherence to policies; lead by example.
• Foster teams at site and regional levels.
• Oversee business, financial and technical activities of Operations and Maintenance sites.
• Engage with Business Development, including contract reviews and RFP responses.
• Coordinate Site’s annual operating plan and budget; monitor P&Ls.
• Maintain client relationships and end-to-end customer service experience.
• Develop systems and procedures for quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Contribute to potential sales opportunities and understand capital needs.
