Job summary

Engineering Systems, Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the firm's health and safety program across multiple sites, ensuring practical compliance with OSHA and client requirements.

You will develop training, audits, incident reviews, and corrective actions to improve safety performance. In this role, you’ll partner with senior leadership, mentor Site Safety Coordinators nationwide, and translate complex regulations into actionable practices for field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field required.
• At least 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience, preferably with multi-site responsibility.
• Experience advising leaders and helping the business make practical safety decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead practical safety training paths for the firm.
• Provide safety leadership while balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main safety contact for questions and client/regulatory requirements.
