Job summary

Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program across multiple locations. The role includes coordinating with leadership, employees, and Site Safety Coordinators to keep practices practical, compliant, and aligned with client requirements.

You will develop training, drive incident reviews, and implement corrective actions while maintaining OSHA compliance. This position supports field work and client service while traveling 30%–50% across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field required.
• Applicable Certificates and designations for area of expertise.
• Experience advising leaders and helping the business make practical safety decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safety program across locations, ensuring practical, compliant safety practices.
• Provide safety leadership and direction balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main point of contact for safety questions for leadership and project teams.
• Train and coach Site Safety Coordinators nationwide.
• Review and develop safety practices and procedures to fit work and business needs.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting is completed.
