Lead Field Supervisors to deliver Environmental Contracting Services per standards.
Foster safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance with Health & Safety direction.
Provide coaching and feedback to staff and implement PIPs.
Collaborate with Project Management to align scope with contracts.
Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
