Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) seeks a Safety Manager to lead our health and safety program across locations, coordinating with leadership to align training, audits, and compliance with OSHA standards.

The role drives practical safety improvements, incident reviews, and corrective actions while guiding Site Safety Coordinators nationwide. Expect significant travel and direct impact on project safety outcomes.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience.
• Experience advising leaders and helping the business make practical safety decisions.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, industrial, construction, manufacturing, environmental, laboratory, forensic, or field-services environments preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and related safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Senior Leadership to build a practical safety training path for the firm.
• Provide safety leadership while balancing compliance, risk, and client expectations.
• Serve as main contact for safety questions for leadership and project teams.
• Coach Site Safety Coordinators nationwide on safety practices and training.
• Review, develop, and implement safety procedures that fit ESi’s work.
• Develop safety orientation and ongoing training based on roles and risks.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local laws and client requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into usable field practices for projects.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting are completed.
