Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) seeks a Safety Manager to lead the health and safety program across locations.

You will work with leadership, site coordinators, and staff to ensure practical, compliant safety practices, training, audits, incident reviews, and regulatory alignment. Responsibilities include developing training paths, guiding sites nationwide, conducting inspections, maintaining OSHA records, and driving continuous safety improvements while balancing client expectations and business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Environmental Health, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive occupational health and safety experience, multi-site preferred.
• Experience advising leaders on practical safety decisions.
• Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Build a practical safety training path with Senior Leadership.
• Provide safety leadership balancing compliance, risk, client expectations.
• Serve as main contact for safety questions with leadership and project teams.
• Guide Site Safety Coordinators nationwide with training.
• Review and develop safety practices and procedures for ESi.
• Develop safety orientation and ongoing training per roles and risks.
• Conduct inspections and audits for compliance and improvement.
• Ensure OSHA recordkeeping and reporting.
• Support safety committee with technical and administrative tasks.
• Support corrective action plans and measure effectiveness.
• Identify PPE needs and coordinate procurement.
• Engage external safety experience and benchmarking.
• Travel 30-50%.
