Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches across a defined geography, directing Managers to drive growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will shape regional strategy, deliver growth through increased share of wallet, and align with Growth Operations, Sales, and Implementation teams.

You will foster a diverse culture, coach teams, manage KPIs, and ensure exceptional experiences for clients, candidates, and associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Train and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Build and maintain client relationships at executive levels.
• Develop strategic plans to grow accounts and improve KPIs.
• Oversee on-site and branch activities to ensure service levels.
