Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, guiding Managers, shaping regional strategy, and delivering growth with a focus on client experience and outcomes.

You will drive growth by expanding share of wallet, meeting KPIs and profitability targets, and partnering with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to ensure exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required).
• At least five years of leadership/management experience in service-provider industry (preferred).
• Experience managing large onsite portfolios.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and leverage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and sales.
• Coach managers on team management and performance evaluations.
• Achieve SLA targets and maintain client requirements.
• Develop innovative, scalable solutions across multiple clients.
• Monitor KPIs, profitability, and adherence to budget.
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
