Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and leverage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proven problem-solving with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco practices.
• Ensure strategy is understood and staff is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers for growth.
• Train Managers on policies and methods and coach teams.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
• Maintain client relationships at the C-level and drive growth.
• Develop efficiencies, KPIs, and quality of service across sites.
• Support commercial development and client penetration strategies.
• Oversee monthly performance, budgets, and bill rates.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
