Job summary

Adecco Group seeks an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a defined geography, reporting to the Director. This role develops regional strategy, drives growth, and ensures high-quality service for clients and candidates.

You will mentor Managers, monitor KPIs and P&L, and partner with Growth Operations and implementation teams to deliver outcomes. Focus on expanding share of wallet, improving efficiency, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction while fostering a diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• A minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver formal presentations.
• Must be able to travel extensively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team understands the strategy and is set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Coach Managers on team management and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support ongoing training and policy familiarization with staff.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
