Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead onsites and branches across a defined geography, reporting to the Director. You will provide leadership to regional Managers, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class solutions for clients, candidates, and associates.

You will develop regional strategy, coach teams, manage KPIs and profitability, and collaborate with Growth Operations, sales, and implementation teams to ensure a stellar client experience and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, including at C-level.
• Drive growth through strategic processes, productivity metrics and quality of service.
• Manage monthly performance, KPI analysis and P&L impact for growth.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
