Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches within a specified geography. This role will guide regional Managers, drive growth, and deliver best-in-class workforce solutions to clients, candidates, and associates.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, client relationship development at the C-level, and ensuring adherence to KPIs, service levels, and profitability while collaborating with Growth Operations and implementation teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco philosophy and practices.
• Ensure team understands strategy, is trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth.
• Train new Managers and coach on team management.
• Support ongoing training on new policies and procedures.
• Account retention and growth through client relationship management and SLA adherence.
• Develop scalable solutions across multiple clients and educate teams on best practices.
• Monitor performance, KPI analysis, and budgeting to drive profitability.
