Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Associate Director to lead onsites and branches within a geography, guiding Managers to execute regional strategy, grow accounts, and deliver exceptional client and candidate experiences.

The role focuses on KPI attainment, profitability targets, and collaboration with Growth Operations, sales and implementation teams to drive results and a culture that values diversity and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
Management of large onsite portfolio.
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem solving skills, using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
Capable of managing conflicting priorities; meeting deadlines; preparing and giving formal presentations.
Must be able to travel extensively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of company philosophy and practices across teams.
Ensure team understanding of strategy, training, and success metrics; set up for success.
Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive sales and service growth.
Train new Managers promptly and coach on team management.
Support ongoing training on new policies and procedures.
