Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team in the U.S. to lead a regional group of NSAs, driving design standards, training, and high-quality network designs for mission-critical P25 LMR deployments.

You will oversee deployment, escalation management, and collaboration with the Network Practice Office to deliver robust, secure transport networks across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer sponsorship is not available.
• Travel up to 25-50% as required to support customer, team, and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects for regional deployments.
• Oversee design, integration, and validation of LAN/WAN designs and transport media for P25-LMR and LTE solutions.
• Collaborate with NPO and SME teams to enforce unified design standards and best practices.
• Review complex system designs and present to stakeholders; drive testing and security compliance.
