Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a region-wide team of network architects and set strategic direction for design standards and deployments.

You will mentor engineers, drive skill development, coordinate with the Network Practice Office, and ensure transport networks and backhaul meet mission-critical Public Safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of network design, LAN/WAN, and transport media.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications across the region.
• Drive regional bid strategies, project deployments, and high-level customer presentations.
• Ensure standard reference designs and documentation meet NPO standards.
