Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team (NPO) to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional team of NSAs. You will guide design standards, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with mission-critical public safety networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public-safety environments.
• US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional NSA team to align with design standards and best practices.
• Oversee ASTRO P25 LMR network designs with enterprise apps integration.
• Direct escalation and troubleshooting for complex backhaul issues.
• Provide design guidance for transport networks supporting P25-LMR, LTE, and enterprise apps.
• Collaborate on bid strategies and project deployments.
