Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead the regional Network Solutions Architects. You will drive design standards, oversee deployments, and mentor a high-performing team across the Midwest and Western regions.

This role emphasizes autonomous leadership and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This position requires strategic vendor evaluation, security compliance, and cross-functional coordination with Sales,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% within the U.S. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Guide regional design standards, security practices, and vendor evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Presales Engineering, Postsale Engineering, and Project Management on bid strategies and deployments.
• Provide high-quality design guidance for transport networks and ensure documentation aligns with NPO standards.
