Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team in the Network Practice Office. The role leads a regional team of NSAs, guiding design standards, training, and complex backhaul deployments across the region.

The candidate should be highly self-motivated, capable of autonomous leadership, and qualified to drive continuous skill alignment with evolving mission-critical standards for P25-LMR, LTE and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong background in network design, LMR, and backhaul systems.
• Familiarity with P25-LMR architecture and ASTRO 25 systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional NSAs and mentor engineers in network design, mobile backhaul, and security.
• Oversee ASTRO P25 LMR network designs and integration with enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with the Network Practice Office and IP Network SMEs to define unified design standards.
• Document reference designs and ensure compliance with testing and security standards.
