Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. You will guide design standards, oversee deployment of ASTRO P25 LMR networks, and coordinate with the Network Practice Office to ensure high-quality, secure solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage post-sale escalation, and drive automation and vendor evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• 25-50% travel is expected to support customer, team, and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs and set training regimens for engineers in network design and backhaul.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with customer enterprise apps across the region.
• Ensure standard reference designs and strict design documentation per NPO standards.
• Review and present technically compelling system designs to customers and leadership.
