Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team within the Network Practice Office. You will lead a regional team of NSAs, drive design standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to deliver mission critical P25 LMR and IT networks.

You will guide design and deployment across the region, ensure rigorous testing and security compliance, and present technical designs to senior stakeholders. 25–50% travel in the Mid West and Western Regions may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in a mission‑critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; establish training regimens.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct and support post‑sale engineering troubleshooting.
• Provide regional design guidance for transport networks supporting P25‑LMR, LTE, and enterprise apps.
