Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of NSAs, guiding design, deployment, and security for P25-LMR and LTE networks across the North American region.

You will collaborate with the Network Practice Office and other SMEs to ensure high-quality designs, standards, and post-sale support. Strong leadership, communication, and vendor evaluation skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field with leadership experience in engineering teams.
• Experience leading regional teams on network design, deployment, and security for mission-critical systems.
• Strong understanding of P25-LMR, LTE, and public safety networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Guide regional design standards, security practices, and audits.
• Present system designs to stakeholders and drive bid strategies.
• Ensure documented reference designs and high-quality transport network designs.
