Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional team of NSAs. You will guide network design, oversee P25 LMR deployments, and ensure alignment with mission-critical public safety standards across North America.

The role requires strong autonomous leadership, collaboration with the Network Practice Office, and a focus on design excellence, security, and transportation network guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical/public-safety environments.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design and P25-LMR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Ensure design standards and engineering best practices across the region.
