Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team—Network Practice Office in the U.S. The role directs a regional team, guiding design standards, and coordinating with IP Network SMEs to ensure mission-critical public safety backhaul quality.

Responsibilities include leading, training, and aligning skills with evolving technologies, overseeing ASTRO P25 architecture, and presenting system designs to stakeholders. Travel required in the Mid-West/West regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• 25–50% travel within the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise apps.
• Ensure rigorous design standards, documentation, and security compliance.
• Collaborate on bid strategies and project deployments with regional stakeholders.
