Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional group of Network Solutions Architects. You will guide design standards, ensure best practices, and oversee complex LAN/WAN designs across the North American region.

The role requires experience with P25-LMR, LTE, and enterprise applications, plus the ability to present technical designs to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of P25-LMR and public safety networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs for design, training, and deployment.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with customer apps.
• Define regional design standards and ensure adherence to security and testing practices.
• Collaborate on bid strategies and present designs to stakeholders.
• Champion automation of design and deployment tasks to improve efficiency.
