Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to provide leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight for a regional team of NSAs. You will guide design standards, oversee deployment of ASTRO P25 LMR networks, and ensure alignment with mission-critical Public Safety requirements.

Must reside in PST/CST or be willing to travel; strong leadership, networking, and communication skills are essential. Some remote work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of network design, public safety systems, and P25-LMR architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional NSA team, mentor engineers, and drive training programs.
• Oversee ASTRO P25 LMR network design and deployment across the region.
• Ensure design standards, security, and testing best practices align with Public Safety requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on bid strategies and project deployments.
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations to stakeholders.
