Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team to lead a regional group of NSAs focused on P25 LMR networks and backhaul. You will guide design standards, coordinate with the Network Practice Office, and ensure high-quality, secure network solutions for public safety and enterprise use.

Travel up to 25–50% is required; PST/CST time zones are preferred. The role demands autonomous leadership, strategic oversight, and ongoing skills development in evolving

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Experience leading technical engineering teams within a mission-critical/public safety environment.
• Ability to travel 25–50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs).
• Oversee the design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Guide regional bid strategies and project deployments.
• Ensure design standards and documentation meet NPO standards.
• Partner with sales and engineering teams for resource allocation.
