Job summary

The 20 LLC seeks a Regional Service Technician to join our nationwide MSP team, delivering hands-on IT support for workstations, networks, and servers at client sites and remotely as needed.

You will diagnose issues, repair hardware, configure software, and implement security measures while following SOPs. A+ / Net+ / Sec+ certifications and strong AD/Group Policy experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware repair, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (install, recovery, updates) and MS Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with business networking including Active Directory, Group Policy, and server apps.
• Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, devices, OS, software, and basic servers.
• Provide on-site and remote support with documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets and meet KPI goals per SOPs and KBs.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
• Install, configure software and perform data backups and restores.
• Assist with basic networking tasks such as patch panels and cable runs.
