Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier MSP providing enterprise IT services to a wide range of industries. We seek a Regional Service Technician who combines hands-on technical skill with strong communication to diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, networks, and servers.

This role involves both on-site visits in the Detroit Metro Area and remote support, following standard procedures and KPI-driven targets. Certifications like A+, Net+, Sec+ are preferred, with opportunities for growth and

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Understanding of business networking including AD and file sharing.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, devices, OS, software, and networks onsite or remotely.
• Document interactions and follow SOPs; meet KPI goals.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity, hardware failures, and server-related tasks.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
• Install and configure software, including OS, antivirus, and office suites.
