Job summary

The 20 MSP in Norwalk, CA seeks a Regional Service Technician who combines hands-on hardware and software skills with strong communication to diagnose and resolve issues at client sites and remotely.

You will handle workstations, networks, VPNs, and server basics, perform repairs, document actions, and contribute to system health. Travel is onsite to local client premises with growth and certification support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware repair and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and major software suites like Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall tech including install and recovery.
• Working knowledge of business networking, Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, and server apps.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, mobile devices, OS, software, hardware, and entry-level server support.
• Provide customer support onsite and remotely using connection software with thorough documentation and follow-up.
