Job summary

The 20 LLC is a premier MSP delivering enterprise-class IT services across industries. We seek a Regional Service Technician with hands-on hardware, OS, and network skills to diagnose and resolve issues at client sites and remotely.

Ideal candidates have Windows, AD, Group Policy, VPN, and security tool experience, plus certifications like A+, Net+, and Sec+. On-site travel and a competitive salary are offered with advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with hardware assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (installation, recovery, setup, updates) and major software suites.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies, including installation and recovery.
• Working knowledge of business networking, including Active Directory, Group Policy, file sharing, and server applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, devices, networks, and entry-level server support.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets following SOPs and KB articles to meet KPI goals.
• Troubleshoot desktop problems, VPN connectivity, hardware failures, and basic server functions.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks including diagnostics.
• Execute physical networking tasks such as cabling, patch panels, and rack setups.
• Install, repair, and configure software, operating systems, antivirus tools, and productivity suites.
• Back up data and perform system restores as needed.
• Test solutions for accuracy and document work with recommendations for health.
