Job summary

The 20 MSP is seeking a Regional Service Technician who combines hands-on hardware and software skills with clear communication. You will diagnose and resolve issues across workstations, mobile devices, networks, and servers both onsite at client premises and remotely, acting as a key technical resource.

You will follow SOPs, document each interaction, and contribute to system health by maintenance, backups, and proactive advice.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware repair and assembly experience.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge and Office suite proficiency.
• Experience with security, antivirus, and firewall technologies.
• Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and networks.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues involving workstations, devices, networks, and entry-level server support, onsite and remotely.
• Document interactions and follow SOPs and KB articles to meet KPI goals.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
• Execute networking tasks such as cabling, patch panels, and rack setups.
• Back up data and perform system restores as needed.
