Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and support workstations, software, and network components in a primarily Grand Rapids, MI area with occasional travel to Lansing. You will work both onsite and remotely, documenting actions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on hardware experience, Windows OS proficiency, and solid networking knowledge, including Active Directory and Group Policy. A+/Net+/Sec+ or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware assembly, maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus, security, and firewall technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, File Sharing, and MS Server.
• Solid troubleshooting across OS, hardware, and network issues, including malware removal.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, devices, OS, software, hardware, and basic server functions (onsite and remote).
• Provide on-site and remote customer support with thorough documentation and follow-up.
• Prioritize tickets per SOPs and KB articles to meet KPI goals.
• Perform hardware repair, maintenance, and security tasks.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and operating systems.
• Back up data and perform system restores as needed.
• Test solutions and document work, with recommendations for health.
