Job summary
The 20 LLC, a premier MSP in Portland, OR, seeks a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and repair workstations, networks, and servers onsite with remote support capabilities. The role blends bench skills with field work across various client environments.
Ideal candidates will have strong Windows OS, AD concepts, and security software knowledge, plus hardware troubleshooting and VPN experience. Valid driver’s license required and on-site travel to local client premises.
Qualifications
- Hands-on hardware and bench repair experience.
- Strong Windows OS, Office, and security software knowledge.
- Experience with VPN, malware removal, and general troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of business networking including Active Directory and file sharing.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, mobile devices, OS, software, hardware and servers.
- Provide onsite and remote support with thorough documentation and follow-up.
- Prioritize tickets to meet KPI goals using SOPs and KB articles.
- Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, hardware failures, and basic server functions.
- Perform hardware maintenance, repair, and security tasks.
