Job summary

The 20 LLC is seeking a Regional Service Technician to join our nationwide IT services team. This role blends bench-type hardware work with hands-on on-site support for workstations, networks, and basic servers, delivered both on site and remotely.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows OS, AD, and security tooling knowledge, plus hardware repair skills. Travel to client premises is expected as part of regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware assembly, maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office suite.
• Understanding of AD, group policy, file sharing and server apps.
• Solid OS, hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to diagnose failed hardware components and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues with workstations, devices, and basic servers.
• Provide onsite and remote customer support with proper documentation.
• Prioritize tickets based on SOPs and KPIs and ensure timely follow-up.
• Troubleshoot desktop, VPN, hardware, and business app issues.
• Perform hardware repair and security tasks, including diagnostics.
• Install/configure software and operating systems; manage backups and restores.
• Document solutions and recommend improvements for system health.
