Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Healthcare to manage 30–40 Healthcare Enterprise accounts and bring CrowdStrike’s AI-native security solutions to key clients. You will translate client needs into tailored value, build executive relationships, and drive strategy across the region.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise software sales, a strong cybersecurity background, and an ability to work remotely with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution selling to enterprises.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience selling software security and/or infrastructure security.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue across the assigned region.
• Scope, negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue targets.
• Target and access decision makers in key prospect accounts in the territory.
• Establish relationships with CIO/CSO level executives to drive sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, SE, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development.
• Capture and maintain prospect information using Salesforce.com.
