Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cultivate client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support market expansion. You will engage at conferences, lead generation efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to advance opportunities within your territory.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM fluency, and strategic outreach, with travel as required to connect with prospects and industry groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, customer success, or similar role.
• Relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities against established business development criteria.
• Facilitates and advances business development opportunities.
• Supports territory growth strategies through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship development efforts.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Researches and analyzes industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Travel as required.
