Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive territory growth. You will engage with industry conferences, associations, and networks, while analyzing market opportunities and supporting outreach, lead generation, and relationship development efforts.

The role requires 2+ years in business development or related roles, strong CRM skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement, or similar role.
• Relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer keyboarding, travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Evaluates prospective opportunities against established criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities against established business development criteria.
• Facilitates and advances business development opportunities.
• Supports territory growth strategies through targeted outreach, lead generation and relationship development.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
