Job summary

Metropolis is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our fast-growing team in a role supporting a regional territory and driving net-new business. You will leverage relationship-building skills and network to grow Metropolis's AI and computer vision powered parking solutions and beyond.

You will identify opportunities via cold outreach and networking events, conduct discovery calls, demos, and formal sales presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles in relevant industries
• Experience with asset managers, ownership groups, or real estate partners is a plus
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce
• Strong ability to develop relationships and generate opportunities to accelerate deal velocity

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new business opportunities via multi-channel outreach
• Lead discovery calls, product demos, and client meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on underwriting and financial modeling
