Metropolis Technologies is seeking an Associate Account Executive to drive net-new business across the regional territory, supporting growth in parking and real estate tech through AI and computer vision.

You will leverage relationships, run discovery sessions, and present solutions to prospects, collaborating with AE leaders to ensure strong deal handoffs and successful outcomes. A four-day in-office requirement anchors collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles
• Experience selling into asset managers or real estate partners
• Ability to build relationships and generate opportunities
• Data-literate with pipeline forecasting experience
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Willingness to travel regionally and engage in long-term B2B SaaS sales

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop net-new business opportunities across lead gen channels
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Lead product demos and client meetings with documentation
• Collaborate with AE and leadership to manage client portfolios and handoffs
• Coordinate with marketing, ops, and legal on underwriting and financial modeling
• Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and track performance metrics
• Develop account strategies and outreach to initiate contact with buyers
• Master buyer personas and industry trends to guide sales motion
• Book high-quality meetings with qualified buyers via internal teams
