Job summary

Metropolis is seeking an Associate Account Executive to grow a regional territory in the US, driving net-new business for cutting-edge AI and computer vision-enabled parking solutions. You will leverage relationships to expand Metropolis’s presence and partner with cross-functional teams to close deals.

You will conduct product demos, lead discovery sessions, and present proposals while aligning with sales leadership on account strategy and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or client-facing roles
• Experience selling to asset managers or real estate partners
• Ability to develop relationships and generate opportunities
• Data-literate with pipeline forecasting
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Willingness to travel regionally
• Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop net-new opportunities through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) and events
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads via discovery calls and uncover pain points
• Lead client discovery sessions, demos, and sales presentations with supporting docs
• Collaborate with Account Executives and leadership to manage client portfolios and ensure smooth handoffs
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal on underwriting and financial modeling
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and clean Salesforce pipeline
• Develop account strategies and outreach to initiate contact with potential clients
• Understand buyer personas, industry trends, and AI technologies to shape sales motion
• Book high-quality meetings with qualified buyers through cross-functional teamwork
