Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Regional Sales Account Executive for the Greater Philadelphia area. You will drive revenue by developing your territory, building executive relationships, and delivering fleet management solutions. This is a regional role with up to 80% travel and a base salary plus bonus potential.

The position offers ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow revenue and market share in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is possible while residing in the specified region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience; higher combinations allowed as stated.
Valid driver's license and a strong driving record.
Ability to travel up to 80% across multimarket and multistate territories.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by developing your territory and guiding customers through fleet challenges.
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow customer base and enter new markets.
Lead complex sales cycles using consultative approaches to close high-value deals.
Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline with accurate forecasting.
Own $5-10M in new business development until transition to account management.
