Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Regional Sales Account Executive for Fleet Services. Remote-based in PA/NJ with up to 75–80% travel. You will own the territory, drive revenue, and build executive relationships to deliver fleet management solutions.

The role offers a base salary with a strong incentive plan; regional focus with preference for Greater Philadelphia area residents. You’ll lead strategic sales, shape account strategy, and contribute to company growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related field experience, or equivalent combination.
Strong prospecting and pipeline-building capability.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel up to 75–80% across multi-market territories.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business and expand in allocated territory.
Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value fleet management deals.
Build executive relationships with fleet operators and key stakeholders.
Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that convey value and ROI.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and reliable forecast using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Own $5–$10M in new business development and transition accounts to management.
