Responsibilities include coaching, performance monitoring, and coordinating with scheduling, logistics, and engineering to optimize resources. Travel within the region is required, and OSHA/NFPA 70E compliance is a key priority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in field service management, preferably in electrical or industrial systems.
• Strong leadership, team development, and remote multi-site management.
• Experience with service management software and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and OSHA/NFPA 70E.
• Lead field service teams across multiple customer sites.
• Guarantee service delivery meets safety, quality, and responsiveness.
• Monitor technician performance, coach, and develop staff.
• Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, and engineering to optimize resources.
• Resolve customer issues and escalations professionally.
• Track regional KPIs such as response time and first-time fix rate.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new personnel.
