Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop budgets, forecasts and growth initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Services operations across multiple regions and offices.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with objectives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs and performance goals.
• Own Field Services P&L across regions; manage budgets and profitability.
• Drive safety culture and regulatory compliance; support safety audits.
