Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee PM programs, contracts, and scheduling across the East Region. The role links customers, service advisors, and branch teams to drive service excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate will manage preventive maintenance, contract administration, and regional field service initiatives. Occasional travel to support branches and ensure adherence to service standards is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in field service, maintenance, power generation, or related industries is ideal.
• Experience with service operations and managing customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, service agreements, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, repair processes, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track PM quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs.
• Coordinate and implement awarded services and contracts.
• Submit contracts and documentation to customers promptly.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
• Establish new customer accounts and ensure accurate ship-to/bill-to data.
