Job summary

Interstate Power Systems in the East Region seeks a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contract administration, and scheduling across multiple branches. You will coordinate service delivery, manage quotes, and drive operational excellence while traveling regionally to support branches and key customers.

The ideal candidate brings strong service operations experience, contract management skills, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure service

Qualifications

• HSD/GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising field service, maintenance, or related teams.
• Experience with service operations and customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, and maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track Preventive Maintenance quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs.
• Coordinate implementation of awarded services and contracts.
• Submit contracts and documents to customers promptly.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services across locations.
• Lead monthly branch reviews and align proposals with status.
• Analyze service data to identify follow-up or renewal opportunities.
