Responsibilities

• Lead Field Services operations across multiple regions and offices.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, metrics, and performance goals.
• Drive standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective resource planning, staffing, and scheduling across regions.
• Improve productivity, utilization, and service delivery performance.
• Own Field Services P&L across all regions.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Monitor revenue, margins, utilization, and financial performance.
• Drive profitability and cost management initiatives.
• Support pricing strategy and project financial performance.
• Champion a strong safety culture across all field operations.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Support safety initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop regional managers and field teams.
• Drive accountability, performance management, and talent development.
• Support workforce planning and staffing strategies.
• Partner with sales and leadership to grow field services business.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Support proposals and major project opportunities.
