Job summary

Interstate Power Systems in the East Region seeks a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contract administration, and technician scheduling across multiple branches, ensuring profitable service operations and exceptional customer service.

The role involves regional travel, coaching and training, and close collaboration with branch leadership, service advisors, parts personnel, and customers to align with company service standards and strategic

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising field service, maintenance, or power-generation operations.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, and maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM quotations, contracts, and renewals.
• Manage new customer setup and contract administration.
• Coordinate with legal for contract reviews and approvals.
• Maintain the Master Schedule for monthly PM services.
• Lead monthly branch reviews and drive proposal-to-contract conversions.
• Analyze service data to identify follow-up opportunities and improvements.
