Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, service agreements, and contract administration across the East Region. You will coordinate scheduling, mentor technicians, and ensure high-quality customer experience.

This role travels regionally to support branches, aligns operating processes with company standards, and partners with branch leadership to drive service profitability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience supervising field service, maintenance, or power generation teams.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, and service agreements.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track PM quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Coordinate RFQs and contract implementations.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and customer communications.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services.
• Conduct monthly branch reviews and track proposals.
• Analyze service data to identify follow-up opportunities.
• Travel within the East Region as needed.
